The necessity is grounded and the ways of local integrated system social efficiency determination are offered in the article. Advantages and lacks of the existent ways of difficult systems social efficiency evaluation are outlined. Social efficiency complex character and its estimation model are grounded. Sequence of integrated system social efficiency measuring and method of its integral index forming are determined.
