Głównym temat artykułu jest próba przyjrzenia się kinu polskiemu czasów przełomu w kontekście licznie pojawiających się w nim odniesień do tematyki erotycznej i scen nagości. Druga połowa lat 80. i początek lat 90. to bowiem w Polsce okres silnej pornografizacji rodzimej kultury popularnej. Z jednej strony zjawisko to może świadczyć o trwającej wówczas w naszym kraju transformacji ustrojowej i dynamicznie zmieniającej się wtedy sytuacji społecznej, obyczajowej czy politycznej. Z drugiej natomiast można je bez trudu powiązać także z wpływami zachodnich tekstów popkultury (np. kaset wideo czy pism zawierających treści pornograficzne), które coraz śmielej zaczęły przenikać w tamtym okresie do Polski. W rezultacie trwająca wtedy na Zachodzie tzw. druga fala porno-chicu w wyraźny sposób wywarła również wpływ na kształt rodzimego kina, stając się tym samym jednym z ważniejszych katalizatorów rozpoczynającej się wówczas w Polsce rewolucji wyobraźni. W niniejszym artykule analizie zostały więc poddane wybrane zjawiska, które mogłyby świadczyć o na pewno znaczącej, choć nie do końca jednorodnej roli, jaką nagość i erotyka odgrywały w kinie i kulturze polskiej tego okresu. Pokrótce zostały także omówione najważniejsze mechanizmy społeczne, polityczne i kulturowe, które decydowały o kształcie ówczesnej twórczości filmowej.

The main subject of the article is an attempt to look at the Polish cinema of the time of the transformation in the context of numerous references to erotic themes and nudity on screen. The second half of the 1980s and the beginning of the 1990s is in Poland a period of growing pornographic trend of native popular culture. On the one hand, this phenomenon may testify to the ongoing political transformation in our country and the dynamically changing social, moral or political situation. On the other hand, it can be easily associated with the influences of Western pop-culture texts (e.g. video cassettes or magazines containing pornographic content), which more and more boldly began to penetrate Poland at that time. As a result, the so-called second wave of porn-chic clearly influenced the shape of the native cinema, becoming one of the most important catalysts of the revolution of the imagination that started in Poland at that time. In this article, selected phenomena have been analyzed, which could certainly indicate a significant, though not entirely homogeneous role, which nudity and eroticism played in Polish cinema and culture of that period. The most important social, political and cultural mechanisms that determined the shape of the films being made at the time, are also briefly considered.
