W artykule przedstawiono zmiany w mieszkalnictwie w Estonii, Litwie i Łotwie po przystąpieniu do Unii Europejskiej. Zmiany te pokazano na tle lat wcześniejszych. Omówiono też uwarunkowania rozwoju mieszkalnictwa, sytuację w budownictwie mieszkaniowym, zasoby i warunki mieszkaniowe oraz wydatki na mieszkania. (abstrakt oryginalny)

The article presents changes in the housing of Estonia, Lithuania and Latvia after their accession to the European Union. The situation in the pre-accession years is background for the comparisons. Considerations of the housing development and the status of the house construction, housing stock and conditions as well as the housing expenditures have been discussed too.(original abstract)
