The aim of the article is to present the chosen practical aspects of crowdsouring - one of the new conceptions of innovations management in companies. The author presents its intangible features (transparency, diversity, prioritizing, motivating process), which she exemplifies by selected cases. In the initial parts of the article the author discusses traditional ways of innovative process in enterprises and points to their weaknesses, which lead to the creation of crowdsourcing. Then, in the consecutive parts, particular features of crowdsouring are presented together with the benefits it brings for the companies applying it. Finally, there is a conclusion containing several questions, which ought to be answered by any organization before launching crowdsouring, in order to prepare proper implementation of this tool.
