The author of the article stated the main point of scientific concept of R. H. Coase, Nobel prize-winner, regarding market mechanism of negative externals elimination, namely global warming. The article assesses actions of Ukrainian business entities to provide compliance with the Kyoto Protocol. Open joint-stock company 'Ivano-Frankivskcement' serves as example to show how reconstruct the enterprise and make additional assets from the sale of right for ecological quotas established by the Kyoto protocol.
