The paper presents a theoretical analysis of issues related with the management of territorial development concept in the context of sustainable development. For this purpose, a definitional review of concepts: territorial development, sustainable development, management of territorial development was done. Model of territorial development management style has been developed. Article is a theoretical analysis.

W artykule dokonano analizy teoretycznej zagadnień związanych z pojęciem zarządzania rozwojem terytorialnym w kontekście koncepcji zrównoważonego rozwoju. W tym celu dokonano przeglądu definicyjnego pojęć: rozwój terytorialny, zrównoważony rozwój, zarządzanie rozwojem terytorialnym. Opracowany został model stylu zarządzania rozwojem terytorialnym. Artykuł ma charakter analizy teoretycznej.
