Abstracts
The municipal authorities should - as every owner - take care of the property, especially municipal real estate and buy an insurance to cover various risks. The choice of an incurance product is difficult and requires the assistance of a security broker who might help to prepare the optimum insurance offer conccrning the property of a given municipal government. Local authorities must, however, make a decision themselves whether the broker should select one of the available insurance packages or propose specifically prepared offer which includes insurance of some types of risks offered by other insurance companies.
