This article was presented in terms of the commercialization process of patient rights. By referring to both the concept of directory permissions sick person as well as the definition of the transformation taking place showed a relationship between them. The publication also includes an assessment of existing legislation in this context. In the conclusion, while there is both to identify proposals for improving the system and emphasize the importance of respecting the rights of the patient.
