This article presents the selected aspects of Tourist Card as an example of a Network Organization. The aim of the paper is to show the role of public administration in network organizations. Networks of public and private sectors are increasingly important in the development of tourism planning and development. One example of practical use of knowledge about the functioning of network, in which it participates public administration and the private sector, is a Tourist Card. This Card as an organizational network can be analyzed in terms of various criteria of division.
