The problems of changes in the organizational structures of the industrial enterprises are discussed in this article. The directions of these changes were defined on the basis of research conducted in the companies realizing various strategies and functioning in different conditions. Generally, the tendency was noticed to make organizational structures flat and lean. Classic organizational solutions predominated in the enterprises realizing growth strategy, and made in them changes were comprising in the traditional approach to the organization. However, lots of changes in the organizational structures of the studied network organizations aimed into project and process structures.
