The article deals with certain issues connected with the international industrial policy in Western Europe. Thus, the author discusses the essence, goals and methods of the state’s interference in the sphere of industry proving that processes of international capitalist economic integration have led to appearance of elements of the internazional industrial policy. The analysis prooeeds next to regulations in this field, and it discusses certain documents of th e European Economic Community, whose aim is to strengthen the common industrialpolicy. The performed analysis leads to a conclusion that the international Industrial policy tends in the direction of strengthening the international centralization of capital.
