Social demand for statistical methods and their applications is constantly growing, hence educating junior members of academic staff is becoming an issue of utmost importance. It is vital for a young academic teacher to take an active part in the process o f learning, to practise interpretation and analysis - to give written and oral presentation of findings, and finally, to possess an interactive style of teaching. The latter one is particularly essential in case of statistics, where concept reasoning and interpretation are as important as the technical aspect of data analysis.
