The Internet can be used in secondary and primary research. The Internet changes the quantitative and qualitative research process and offers researchers many benefits, e.g.: greater speed of delivery and receiving responses, low cost, international range and multimedia possibility. This article shows disadvantages of the marketing research on the Internet. The biggest limitation of collecting data in Internet is the number of e-mail users that is not representative of the general population.
