Artykuł jest komentarzem do zmienionych kan. 111 i 112 CIC (por. motu proprio papieża Franciszka De concordia inter Codices z 31.05.2016 r.). Jest to komentarz prawnoporównawczy: autor sięga również do regulacji kodeksu wschodniego oraz do norm pozakodeksowych. Przedstawia pojęcia (I.1.), zakres (I.2) oraz zasadę woli wewnętrznej nowej dyscypliny (I.3.). Następnie zajmuje się przynależnością do Kościoła łacińskiego przez chrzest (II.) i przez przejście (III.). Komentując poszczególne przepisy, autor wskazuje na liczne niedoskonałości nowego ustawodawstwa. Uważa je jednak za potrzebne, zwłaszcza w dobie migracji wiernych.

This article is a comment on the modified canons 111 and 112 CIC (cf. Pope Francis’s motu proprio De concordia inter Codices dated 31 May 2016). It is a comparative legal comment: the Author refers to the provisions of the Eastern Code and extra-codicial norms. He presents the terms involved (I.1), the scope (I.2), and the rule of the internal will in the new discipline (I.3). Then, he analyses belonging to the Latin Church by reception of baptism (II) and by transfer (III). When the Author comments on the different provisions involved, he indicates many imperfections in the new legislation. He, however, considers it to be necessary, especially at a time of extensive migration by the Christian faithful.
