Z okazji pierwszej rocznicy śmierci Profesora Andrzeja Nowickiego autor przypomina najwartościowsze – jego zdaniem – inspiracje intelektualne swego niegdysiejszego nauczyciela. Skupiają się one w obrębie inkontrologicznej i ergantropijnej wizji człowieka, konsekwentnie rozwijanej i omawianej w licznych publikacjach Nowickiego. Pierwszy ślad nowego ujęcia człowieka pojawił się w 1966 r. w artykule Ateistyczna perspektywa nieśmiertelności w czasopiśmie „Euhemer”. Najważniejsze myśli swej filozoficznej teorii spotkań, nazwanej inkontrologią, zawarł Andrzej Nowicki w dwóch swoich książkach: Człowiek w świecie dzieł, Warszawa 1974, i Spotkania w rzeczach, Warszawa 1991. Z kolei najbardziej całościowy wykład koncepcji ergantropii znaleźć można w zapisie referatu, wygłoszonego na Zjeździe Filozofii Polskiej, opublikowanym pod tytułem Ergantropia jako centralna kategoria filozofii kultury w „Studiach Filozoficznych”1987 nr 11. Autor artykułu eksponuje najbardziej nowatorskie rozwiązania filozoficzne Nowickiego, który kwestionuje wiele utartych poglądów na naturę i istotę człowieka, oraz poddaje je krytycznej refleksji w świetle przemyśleń innych autorów, które rzucają światło na sens i preferowane kierunki interpretacji rekonstruowanych w tekście koncepcji.

Anlässlich des ersten Todestages des Professors Andrzej Nowicki erinnert der Autor an die seiner Meinung nach wertvollsten intellektuellen Inspirationen seines ehemaligen Lehrers. Sie konzentrieren sich im Bereich einer inkontrologischen und erganthropischen Auffassung des Menschen, die Nowicki in zahlreichen Veröffentlichungen erörterte und entwickelte. Die erste Spur der neuen Auffassung des Menschen erschien 1966 im Artikel Ateistyczna perspektywa nieśmiertelności ( Atheistische Perspektive der Unsterblichkeit) in der Zeitschrift „Euhemer“. Die wichtigsten Ideen seiner als Inkontrologie bezeichneten philosophischen Theorie der Begegnungen legte Andrzej Nowicki in zwei Werken aus: Człowiek w świecie dzieł (Der Mensch in der Welt der Werke), Warszawa 1974, und Spotkania w rzeczach (Begegnungen in den Dingen), Warszawa 1991. Die umfassendste Darlegung des Ergantropieentwurfs enthält das auf dem Kongress der Polnischen Philosophie vorgetragene Referat, das mit dem Titel Ergantropia jako centralna kategoria filozofii kultury (Ergantropie als zentrale Kategorie der Philosophie der Kultur) in „Studia Filozoficzne“ (Nr. 11) 1987  veröffentlicht wurde. Der Autor des Artikels akzentuiert die innovativsten philosophischen Lösungen von Nowicki, der viele gängige Meinungen über die Natur und das Wesen des Menschen in Frage stellt und sie einer kritischen Reflexion in Bezugnahme auf Überlegungen anderer Autoren unterzieht. Sie erhellen den Sinn und die bevorzugten Interpretationsrichtungen der im Text rekonstruierten Entwürfe.

On the occasion of the first anniversary of Professor Andrzej Nowicki’s death the author recalls the most valuable – in his opinion – intellectual inspirations of his former teacher. They focus on the incontrological and erganthrophic vision of the human being, consistently developed and discussed in the numerous publications by Nowicki. The first trace of the new human recognition appeared in 1966 in the article “The Atheistic Perpective of Immortality” in the journal Euhemer. Andrzej Nowicki developed the main ideas of his philosophical theory of encounters – called by him incontrology – in two books: The Human Being in the World of Works, Warsaw 1974 and The Encounter in Things, Warsaw 1991. On the other hand, the most comprehensive presentation of the concept of the so-called ergantrophy can be found in a paper delivered at the Congress of Polish Philosophy in Cracow, entitled “Ergantrophy as a Central Category of Philosophy of Culture” and published in Philosophical Studies, 1987, No.11. The author of this article exposes the most innovative philosophical solutions of Nowicki who challenges many preconceived notions of the nature and essence of the human being. At the same time, these solutions are confronted with critical reflection in the light of other authors' thoughts, which sheds light on the meaning and interpretation of the concepts reconstructed in this text.
