The implementation the quality management in medical facilities became more and more popular. The managers notice the benefits and independently of the difficulty of the implementation process, decided for different possibilities of the quality improving. The main research method was the analysis of the documents as well as the information, received in the process of the strategic analysis of the medical facility. The research shows the good managers practice in frame of quality management used by the Klinik Thlkirner Strass STkM in Munich, Germany.
