The subject of this article is the issue of cooperation agreements under Polish law. The article presents a critical assessment of the current legal regulation. It focuses on attempts to determine characteristic features and to place cooperation agreements in the civil law system by distinguishing between cooperation and typical agreements, as well as referring to the personal civil law. The publication is a voice in the discussion on the assumptions of the future regulation of cooperation agreements in the Polish Civil Code.

Przedmiotem publikacji jest problematyka umów o współdziałanie. W artykule dokonano krytycznej oceny aktualnego stanu regulacji, a także podjęto próbę określenia cech wspólnych oraz umiejscowienia form współdziałania w systemie prawa cywilnego poprzez delimitację przedmiotowych umów i typowych umów zobowiązaniowych, a także odwołanie się do prawa osobowego. Publikacja stanowi głos w dyskusji nad założeniami przyszłej regulacji umów o współdziałanie w Kodeksie cywilnym.
