Rozpad świata dwubiegunowego, pojawienie się nowych aktorów na scenie międzynarodowej, coraz większa waga strategicznych i środowiskowych dóbr wspólnych w globalnej polityce, stanowią trzon współczesnego obrazu świata. Celem artykułu jest wskazanie zagrożeń o charakterze niemilitarnym, zagrożeń asymetrycznych i współczesnych wojen hybrydowych, które zrewolucjonizowały naukę o bezpieczeństwie. Stworzenie nowych doktryn i strategii bezpieczeństwa adekwatnych do współczesnych warunków staje się koniecznością w kreowaniu nowego bezpiecznego ładu na świecie.

Disintegration of the bipolar world, the appearance of new actors on the international scene and the increasing importance of strategic and environmental common goods in global politics constitute the core of the present image of the world. The purpose of this article is to indicate non-military asymmetrical threats and present hybrid wars that revolutionised the security science. Creation of new doctrines and security strategies appropriate to the modern conditions becomes a necessity in creating new safe order in the world.
