Przygotowane opracowanie opisuje bardzo istotny współcześnie problem zagrożeń bezpieczeństwa struktur państwowych w całym jego spektrum zjawiskowym, gdzie trudne są do zdiagnozowania czynniki ich powstawania oraz dalszej eskalacji na inne sąsiednie państwa. Przykładem może być współczesna rosyjska polityka bezpieczeństwa wobec Ukrainy, powodująca zmianę systemów bezpieczeństwa w Polsce.

The prepared study is describing very much essential in our times problem of security threats of state structures in entire with his dreamlike spectrum, where for diagnosing factors of their coming into existence and the further escalation into other neighbouring states are difficult. A contemporary Russian security policy can be an example towards Ukraine, causing the change of security systems in Poland.
