Zasadnicze przemiany w układzie sił współczesnego świata zmuszają do przemyśleń dotyczących orientacji polskiej polityki zagranicznej oraz geopolitycznej oceny położenia Polski. Europa w 2024 roku podczas kolejnych wyborów do europarlamentu będzie z pewnością inna niż dzisiaj. Pod względem czasu jest to niedaleka przyszłość. W Polsce, pomimo wszystkich trudności, a także narzekania niektórych ludzi na swoje porażki, nie jest aż tak najgorzej, jeśli popatrzymy na oczekiwania społeczne, które istnieją w dzisiejszych czasach. Polska znajduje się obecnie w najlepszej sytuacji gospodarczej, jak i militarnej biorąc pod uwagę nie tylko kilka ostatnich lat, ale kilka wieków. Rok 1989 przyniósł Polakom upragnioną suwerenność. Tak więc, zwróciliśmy swoją mentalność w kierunku zachodnim, pogłębiliśmy współpracę głównie z Niemcami, jak i krajami zachodnimi, a także dążyliśmy do członkostwa w NATO oraz w Unii Europejskiej, co więcej wkrótce to osiągnęliśmy. Celem poniższego artykułu jest sprawdzenie opinii Polaków, jak i przybliżenie głównych zagadnień dotyczących gospodarki oraz współpracy militarnej w Unii Europejskiej. Założenia, które są przyjęte w niniejszym artykule to dobra współpraca gospodarcza oraz militarna Polski z UE, jak i zadowolenie społeczeństwa polskiego z uczestnictwa w Unii Europejskiej. Metody, które zostały wykorzystane to, między innymi studium literatury, analiza materiałów źródłowych oraz ankieta internetowa, w której ujęto dwa pytania na temat pozostania Polski w UE i wprowadzeniu waluty Euro. Przybliżają one obraz współpracy gospodarczej, jak i militarnej, a także ukazują opinię Polaków na temat uczestnictwa Polski w Unii Europejskiej. Teza, która została założona w niniejszym artykule jest taka, iż Polacy w zdecydowanej większości są za tym, aby Polska pozostała w Unii Europejskiej oraz za pogłębianiem współpracy z państwami UE. Podsumowanie treści artykułu, jednoznacznie potwierdza i podtrzymuje stare powiedzenie, że razem łatwiej i można więcej.

The fundamental changes in the balance of power of the modern world force us to think about the orientation of Polish foreign policy and the geopolitical assessment of Poland's position. Europe in 2024 will certainly be different than today during the next European elections. In terms of time, this is a near future. In Poland, despite all the difficulties, as well as complaining about some people about their failures, it is not so bad if we look at the social expectations that exist today. Poland is currently in the best economic and military situation considering not only the last few years but several centuries. The year 1989 brought the sovereignty desired to Poles. So, we turned our mentality towards the west, deepened our cooperation mainly with Germany and Western countries, and also sought membership in NATO and the European Union, which is what we soon achieved. The purpose of the following article is to check the opinions of Poles, as well as to bring closer the main issues related to the economy and military cooperation in the European Union. The assumptions that are adopted in this article are good economic and military cooperation of Poland with the EU, as well as the satisfaction of Polish society with participation in the European Union. The methods that were used were, among others, literature studies, analysis of source materials and an online survey, which included two questions about Poland remaining in the EU and the introduction of the Euro currency. They bring closer the picture of economic and military cooperation, as well as show Poles' opinion about Poland's participation in the European Union. The thesis that was assumed in this article is that Poles the vast majority are for Poland to remain in the European Union and for deepening cooperation with EU countries. Summary of the content of the article, unambiguously confirms and maintains the old saying that together it is easier and more can be done.
