Autorka porusza kwestię nieformalnego poradnictwa w relacji koleżeńskiej. Do opisu tego zagadnienia wykorzystuje dwie narracje, będące przekazami medialnymi (telewizyjnym i internetowym). Jedna z nich pochodzi z filmu animowanego dla dzieci i opowiada o sposobie organizowania koleżeńskiej pomocy. Druga natomiast to internetowa komunikacja, która miała miejsce na jednym z forów dyskusyjnych. Stały się one inspiracją do poradoznawczej refleksji oraz zrodziły pytania o jakość i znaczenie nieprofesjonalnego poradnictwa. W sposób niezamierzony stały się również formą zobrazowania tego, co nazywane zostało poradnictwem o charakterze przemocowym. Dokonując interpretacji i opisu tego rodzaju poradnictwa autorka wykorzystała metodę analizy tekstu w dyskursie medialnym.
The article discusses informal counselling in friendly relationships. Two narratives borrowed from the media (television and the Internet) are used to illustrate the phenomenon. One of them, an animated film for children, depicts a way of organizing friendly assistance. The other one is an episode from an Internet discussion forum. They trigger reflection on counsellogy and questions about the quality and significance of non-professional counselling. Unintentionally, they also reflect/epitomise 'violent counselling’. In interpreting and describing this type of counselling, the method of text analysis in media discourse has been applied.
