DOI: 10.19251/rtnp/2018.10(15)Abstract:The high quality of tax and accounting services can be guaranteed if the accounting office has obtained a qualification certificate, which apparently, in the era of the deregulation act is not a mandatory document, yet an additional advantage, not to mention belonging to the Association of Accountants in Poland. The purpose of the article is to assess the quality of accounting and tax services offered by an accounting office conducting economic activity in Płock, in the opinions of customers. Two research questions have been posed: at what level the respondents rated the services offered by the accounting office, and whether women rated the quality of the service better.Keywords: accounting and tax services, accounting office, quality, own researchAbstrakt:Wysoką jakość usług księgowo-podatkowych gwarantuje posiadanie, przez biuro rachunkowe, certyfikatu kwalifikacyjnego, który w dobie ustawy deregulacyjnej nie jest dokumentem obowiązkowym, a dodatkowym atutem. Celem artykułu jest ocena jakości usług księgowo-podatkowych oferowanych przez biuro rachunkowe, prowadzące działalność gospodarczą w Płocku, na podstawie opinii klientów biura.
