Umiejętność mówienia o emocjach stanowi warunek sukcesu komunikacyjnego. Mówienie o emocjach jest determinowane kulturowo, dlatego też, aby o nich mówić w języku obcym, potrzebujemy modelu. Modelem takim mogą stać się zrekonstruowane skrypty kulturowe. Na ich odtworzenie pozwalają wywiady i badania ankietowe, przeprowadzane wśród rodzimych użytkowników języka.

The ability to talk about emotions is one of the conditions of successful communication. This ability is determined by culture, therefore in order to talk about emotions in a foreign language we need a model. Cultural scripts can serve as such a model. The reconstruction of these scripts can be done through questionnaires and interviews among native speakers.
