The managerial personnel’s competences are connected with analysis of professional activity and they are characteristic for specific organizational situ- ation in enterprise. In this convention we have the following competences: per- sonal, social, specialist and oriented toward organization once. It is indicated, that organization can not function efficiently without established structure of competences and definite standards of work. However the initiation of compe- tences management is advisable only then when there are sufficient resources of competences in the organization.
