Artykuł dotyczy jednego ze współczesnych podejść do myślenia o przyszłości, jakim jest foresight. Autorki skupiły się na przedstawieniu koncepcji mapowania badań predykcyjnych typu foresight, odwzorowując ją w strukturze holonu - holarchii. Na zarysowanym tle wyróżniły program (projekt) jako kluczowy element strukturalny w holistycznym ujęciu procesu foresightu. Wskazały także na użyteczność wykorzystania podejścia holarchicznego w myśleniu o przyszłości.

The article discusses one of the contemporary approaches to thinking about the future, i.e. foresight. The authors present the concept of mapping predictive foresight studies onto the holone-holarchy structure. Against this background they identify a programme (project) as the key structural element in the holistic approach to foresight. They also argue that the holarchic approach can be useful when applied to foresight.
