Indicator of sustainable urban mobility - analysis of case studies

The aims of this article are systematize the knowledge of selected indicators of sustainable urban mobility and analyzing of case studies. It was assumed to create indicators and support the assessment of urban mobility to have high information value, although their application capabilities are limited. Their use requires collect large amounts of data, which are a costly and may contribute to the difficulty of their implementation under different economic conditions. Selected indicators are reflected in practice, therefore their presentation is interesting from the point of view of the cognitive and the implementation. They can be use as examples of good practice for cities. The article pointed out the limitations and barriers associated with their implementation, inter alia, relating their comparability. Considerations are theoretical and review studies.

Celem artykułu jest usystematyzowanie wiedzy z zakresu wybranych wskaźników zrównoważonej mobilności miejskiej oraz analiza wybranych przypadków. Założono, że tworzone wskaźniki wspierają ocenę mobilności miejskiej, mają dużą wartość informacyjną, jednak ich możliwości aplikacyjne wymagają zebrania dużej ilości danych, co jest zabiegiem kosztownym i może przyczynić się do trudności ich implementacji w różnych warunkach gospodarczych. Wybrane wskaźniki zalazły odzwierciedlenie w praktyce, dlatego też ich prezentacja jest interesująca z punktu widzenia poznawczego, jak i implementacyjnego. Mogą one służyć jako przykłady dobrych praktyk dla miast. W artykule wskazano na ograniczoność i bariery związane z ich wdrażaniem, między innymi z ich porównywalnością. Rozważania mają charakter teoretyczno-przeglądowy.
