The aim of the article is to present the process of assessing combat capability of land army units in the aspect of achieving interoparationality in NATO. The first part of the work presents and explains the basic concepts and essence related to interoperability and its standardization. The process of assessing the combat capability of army units in accordance with Combat readiness evaluation of land HQs and units, Allied Command Operations, Force Standards, which includes: presentation of process stages including their phases, main participants of the assessment, its scope and adopted division of criteria are described in the following evaluation as well as the evaluation system.

Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie procesu oceny zdolności bojowej jednostek wojsk lądowych w aspekcie osiągania interoparacyjności w NATO. W pierwszej części pracy przedstawiono i wyjaśniono podstawowe pojęcia i istotę związaną z interoperacyjnością i jej standaryzacji. W dalszej części opisano proces oceny zdolności bojowej jednostek wojsk lądowych zgodnie z Combat readiness evaluation of land HQs and units, Allied Command Operations, Force Standards, który obejmuje: przedstawienie etapów procesu z uwzględnieniem ich faz, głównych uczestników oceny, jej zakres i przyjęty podział kryteriów oceny, a także system oceny.
