The study was presented research fifi ndings contained in the report “Legal impact assessment for the revision of Regulation 883/2004 with regard to the coordination of long-term care benefifi ts. Analytical Study 2012” which refer to the current legal situation and provide direction for future legal action. Analysis report has advantages of EU law on the coordination of social security systems.

Opracowanie prezentuje najważniejsze tezy zawarte w raporcie „Legal impact assessment for the revision of Regulation 883/2004 with regard to the coordination of long-term care benefits. Analytical Study 2012” odnoszącym się do aktualnej sytuacji prawnej LTC, przygotowanym przez ekspertów projektu trESS. Przedstawiono rekomendowane przez tych ekspertów zmiany w koordynacji LTC oraz kierunki działań na przyszłość.
