XXIst century has witnessed a significant increase in the number of organizations that have expanded their operations globally using global virtual teams. As global virtual teams differ in many ways from traditional teams, they require a different management approach requiring an appreciation of the benefits and constraints and a productive approach to ensure that the success of a team is facilitated.
