Dzielenie się wiedzą stanowi ważny element sukcesu innowacyjnych przedsiębiorstw. Jednym z podstawowych warunków dzielenia się wiedzą jest zaufanie organizacyjne. Artykuł bada związki zaufania organizacyjnego z dzieleniem się wiedzą w przedsiębiorstwach informatycznych (IT) działających w Polsce. Analiza zjawiska została przeprowadzona w oparciu o dane uzyskane z badań ilościowych przeprowadzonych na 59 pracownikach przedsiębiorstw z branży IT. Wyniki badań wskazują na różnice w poziomie dzielenia się wiedzą w zależności od poziomu zaufania w organizacji. Rezultaty badania sugerują, że kształtowanie zaufania w organizacji jest istotnym aspektem zarządzania. Opisane zostały podstawowe elementy tworzące kulturę zaufania.

Knowledge sharing is an important success factor for innovative enterprises. One of the basic condition that enable knowledge sharing is an organizational trust. This paper aims to explore the links between trust levels and knowledge sharing in IT enterprises operating in Poland. The topic was examined trough the data provided by 59 specialist and managers. The results implicate that there is significant difference between knowledge sharing in organizations with low or high levels of trust. The paper describes basic elements that create e-culture.
