Article is about employment patterns, which are changing rapidly, in Japan. The incidence of non-regular employment increased significantly in the majority of developed countries. In the case of Japan, the practice of lifetime employment is less popular. Instead, workers are increasingly employed on so-called non-regular jobs and temporary positions.
