The media influence on the national security, both internal and external, is widely known. Media are treated here as fully autonomic – independent. However, not only are the media responsible to the law, but also to the owner’s supervision. Media are also under the influence of economic situation, as well as political one. Media are part of the system which may be of crucial importance and of strong influence on national security. Such system is the media system itself.
