Artykuł przedstawia ocenę wpływu rodzaju i struktury własności na zaangażowanie przedsiębiorstw w działalność eksportową. Metodą w nim zastosowaną jest wielomianowa regresja logistyczna. Badanie zostało przeprowadzone na podstawie danych dotyczących eksporterów z Chorwacji, Estonii, Francji, Grecji, Niemiec, Wielkiej Brytanii i Węgier. Unikalnym elementem tej pracy jest wykorzystanie danych finansowych przedsiębiorstw, co w odróżnieniu od badań ankietowych, pozwala na obiektywną ocenę umiędzynarodowienia przedsiębiorstw na próbie o dużej liczebności. W wyniku przeprowadzonych badań pozytywnie zweryfikowana została podstawa hipoteza odnośnie do powiązania rodzaju własności z poziomem intensywności eksportowej przedsiębiorstw. Jednak powiązanie między rodzajem głównego udziałowca nie jest jednoznaczne w ramach poszczególnych grup.

This article presents the impact of the type and structure of ownership on the involvement of companies in export activities. The method used in the article is multinomial logistic regression. The study was based on data from exporters from Croatia, Estonia, France, Greece, Germany, Great Britain and Hungary. A unique element of this work is the use of financial data of enterprises, which, unlike surveys, allows for an objective assessment of the internationalization of enterprises on a large sample. As a result of the research, the major hypothesis regarding the influence of ownership type on the level of export intensity of enterprises was positively verified. However, the link between the type of major shareholder is not consistent between the particular groups.
