The issue of the State Police in the Second Polish Republic, although often subjected to a scientific analysis, nevertheless it is worth considering its operation from the perspective of the establishment of the Polish Police. In the period of the Second World War, various types of normative solutions were often introduced, the legal nature of which could raise doubts, the more so because such a situation was dictated by the political dependence in which the Polish state was located at that time. Therefore, the problem of not only institutional conditions, but also their assessment became the subject of this article.
