In this paper, we attempt to show the diversity of approaches to CSR. This is done, not only through the lenses of firm size, but also in respect to measurements used for CSR reporting, enterprise social responsibility strategies as well as theory behind. We present the lack of consistency in typologies offered in the literature as regards CSR approach, the domination of stakeholder theory and blind usage the same CSR measurements for both – large and smaller enterprises.
