У творчому доробку Якова Емануїловича Голосовкера є трактат «Цікаве» (1960). Сам Голосовкер, безперечно, був особистістю, у багатьох стосунках здатною викликати цікавість. Мислитель (це самовизначення стояло для нього на передньому плані), дослідник античної міфології, письменник, поет-перекладач, Яків Голосовкер (1890–1967) народився в Києві, в родині відомого хірурга. Як засвідчує довідник «Увесь Київ» тих років, родина мешкала в заможній частині міста, на Малій Васильківській (нинішня вулиця Шота Руставелі), 22, навпроти Купецької синагоги, в перебудованому приміщенні якої згодом розташувався відомий панорамний кінотеатр.

The publication is the Introduction to the article by priest Volodymyr Zelinsky “Between Titan and Wild Boar” which renews in “Filosofska dumka” the heading “The Kyiv Circle”. The author traces the facts from the period of Kyiv life of Yakiv Golosovsker, he notes the originality of his creative image. Giving the examples of staggering coincidences between Yakiv Golosovsker, and Mykhail Bulgakov, the author perceives the basic similarity between them in the fact that the both were peculiar fanatics of writing, considered their literary activities as the act of saving.
