Artykuł zawiera opis zmian w czasie liczby i struktury osób uczących się w szkołach wyższych według płci, własności szkoły, trybu studiowania i kierunków kształcenia w Warszawie oraz w Polsce. Podejście to pozwala na ukazanie podobieństw (różnic) między tymi jednostkami administracyjnymi oraz na określenie kierunku zmian w przyszłości.

The article describes the changes in time, the number and structure of the learners in higher education institutions by gender, ownership of the school, mode of study and orientation of education in Warsaw and Poland. This approach allows you to see the similarities (difference) between the administrative units and to identify trends in the future.
