The aim of the present paper is to present new forms of organization of work and the opportunities and challenges which they offer. The article draws our attention to the need to acquire new skills related to the change of the paradigm of interaction between the owners of websites and their users, and the emergence and dissemination of social media sites which adversely affect the shape and the direction of the labor market. Moreover, another objective of the present article is to start a discussion about the future of the virtual labor market.
