This paper considers the problem of God’s omnipotence not in terms of logic and metaphysics, where the contradictions have always been brought to the fore, but rather, the discussion follows in the footsteps of the Church Fathers. The author notes that they perceived this issue from two different perspectives, namely: 1) God works according to His nature, and 2) God’s work excludes absurdity.
