The paper deals with important problem of a parallel between the notion of transcendentalism in Johan Duns Scotus and Immanuel Kant. For it might be argued that it is possible to point out at least some Scotian inspirations in Kant. Kant worked in the intellectual atmosphere influenced by Scotus, especially his notion of metaphysics as transcendental science (scientia transcendens), followed then by F. Suarez and Ch. Wolff, and the latter had a great influence on Kant. This paper provides a set of arguments from indirect proofs based on the parallel in Scotus and Kant. Despite of the fact that in cases like this one it is impossible to call for certainty, the conclusions seem to be hard to invalidate.

In seinem Artikel befasst sich der Verfasser mit dem Problem der ähnlichen Auffassung des Transzendentalismus von Johannes Duns Scotus und Immanuel Kant. In Kantischer Philosophie sind zwar einige Inspirationen herauszufinden, die historisch gesehen ihren Anfang in Scotus Doktrin nehmen. Kant betrachtete die Metaphysik als eine transzendentale Lehre (scientia transcendens), was schon Scotus als Erster gemacht hatte. Wichtige Fortsetzende der Scotus Tradition waren Francesco Suarez und Christian Wolff, dessen Einwirkung auf Kant besonders deutlich war. In dem Artikel wurde eine ganze Gruppe der Argumente von den indirekten Beweisen angeführt, welche auf ähnlichen Lösungen und Analogien zwischen der Lehren von Scotus und Kant beruhen. Bei indirekter Argumentation sind die gezogenen Schlüsse zwar nicht sicher, die sind aber auch schwer zu widerlegen.
