Abstracts

The paper describes currently available tools for communication, collaboration, and file sharing (including their advantages, disadvantages and areas of application) that can be used by students for communication and in team projects, and presents the results of a survey conducted among students of Information Technology and Management, indicating the tools they actually use for such purposes, the factors behind their choice, and lecturers’ requirements in this regard.
