Artykuł prezentuje różne punkty widzenia na codzienne realizowanie przez skazane kobiety obowiązków macierzyńskich w warunkach zakładu karnego oraz rozpatruje kwestię rozwoju i zachowań dzieci w tychże okolicznościach

The subject of this paper is the position of the mother and child in the penitentiary system, and its purpose is to show how and in what conditions the children of imprisoned women function. It presents various points of view on the daily performance of maternity duties by convicted women in penal institutions and analyses the issue of the development and behavior of children in these circumstances
