Artykuł ten traktuje system edukacyjny jako część systemu społeczno-gospodarczego i wykazuje, że ten drugi narzuca (w Polsce) swoją logikę, a mianowicie trendy marketyzacji oraz biurokratyzacji wszelkich działań. W związku z tym reformy jakiegokolwiek podsystemu – np. edukacyjnego – stają się faktycznie kontr-reformami, skoro służą tym głównym trendom.

This paper treats educational system as a part of socio-economic system and shows that the latter enforces (in Poland) its own logic, namely the big trends of marketization and bureaucratization of all aspects and actions. Therefore, reforms of any subsystem – e.g., educational subsytem – become actually counter-reforms, since they serve these main trends.
