Tekst ten jest próbą refleksji nad europeistyką jako nowym kierunkiem kształcenia na poziomie uniwersyteckim, podjętą przez grupę absolwentów tego kierunku w Uniwersytecie Łódzkim. Wyniesione ze studiów doświadczenia dotyczące programów kształcenia, form studenckiej aktywności naukowej i międzynarodowej wymiany w ramach programu Erasmus, służące ocenie europeistycznych studiów w Łodzi, są tu przedstawione w kontekście ogólnych zagadnień związanych ze specyfiką i przyszłością tego rodzaju studiów.

The text is aimed at a reflection on the European Studies as a new type of courses within university education system. Written by a group of students of the European Studies at the University of Lodz, the text is focussed on their local experiences concerning curricula and programmes, forms of students’ own scientific activities, and the Erasmus programme of international exchange. Yet, these local experiences are presented and disscussed also in a broader context of issues that concern the specific character and the very future of the European Studies.
