Jakość strony internetowej ma istotny wpływ na postrzeganie przez użytkowników serwisu instytucji, do której dana strona należy. Wobec tego istotną kwestią jest ocena jakości serwisów internetowych oraz wybór kryteriów tej oceny. W pracy zaproponowano metodę selekcji istotnych kryteriów oceny jakości serwisów internetowych, opartą na indywidualnym wskaźniku pojemności informacyjnej Hellwiga.

Website quality is highly significant to the users' perception of an organisation. Therefore, the important issue is to assess the websites quality and selection of criteria for this assessment. The paper proposes a method for selection of important criteria assessing the websites quality, based on the individual indicator of the information capacity of Hellwig and Symmetrical Uncertainty.
