We współczesnym świecie coraz trudniej jest wskazać profesje, w których pracuje się indywidualnie. O tym, że wzrasta znaczenie umiejętności pracy zespołowej, świadczą badania prowadzone wśród pracodawców podkreślających, iż jest to kluczowa cecha, którą powinien posiadać dobry pracownik. Z drugiej strony postępujący proces globalizacji i coraz częściej występująca konieczność współpracy z osobami fizycznie znajdującymi się w dużej odległości każe zwrócić uwagę na możliwości technologiczne, których dostarcza sieć internetowa i aplikacje chmurowe (cloud computing). W artykule zaprezentowano wyniki badań dotyczących pracy zespołowej studentów w środowisku wirtualnym (online), w szczególności przedstawiono najważniejsze spostrzeżenia dotyczące nastawienia i doświadczeń studentów związanych z kolektywną realizacją projektów.

In the modern world it is increasingly difficult to indicate professions where people work individually. Team work skills are among the most important skills desired by employers. They consider that is a key competence of employees. On the other hand, the progressive process of globalization and the need to work with people physically located at a distance, make spay attention to the technological capabilities, which provides the Internet and cloud computing. This article presents the results of research on the teamwork of students in a virtual environment (online). In particular, this article discusses the most important observations on attitudes and experiences of students related to collective implementation of projects.
