The development of capabilities was analysed in relation to the model – a life cycle of capabilities, which refers to subsequent stadiums of the development of capabilities within a company. The second subchapter contains a discussion on the results of empirical research, which indicate crucial impact of dynamic capabilities on companies’ performance.
