В Украине в условиях реформирования общества и изменения властных полномочий государственных органов внедряется новый институт – институт частных исполнителей. В связи с неоднозначностью данного нововведения в статье определены недостатки его законодательного урегулирования; идентифицированы потенциальные риски его функционирования для бизнеса и граждан страны; сформулированы рекомендации по их элиминированию.

In Ukraine, in the conditions of reforming society and change of powers of state bodies a new institution – the institution of private executors is being introduced. Due to the ambiguity of this innovation, the article identifies the shortcomings of its legal settlement and potential risks of its operation for business and citizens; formulates recommendations for their elimination.
