W artykule opisano mechanizmy wydatkowania środków UE na przykładzie projektu pt. „Młodość + Aktywność = SUKCES”. Projekt trwał rok (od grudnia 2012 r. do listopada 2013 r.) i był zrealizowany w ramach Programu Operacyjnego Kapitał Ludzki (PO KL). W artykule omówiono zagadnienia związane z funduszami unijnymi, PO KL, założenia projektu i dokumentacji konkursowej, a także przebieg i rezultaty projektu. Jest to studium przypadku, prezentujące doświadczenia Autora, który był koordynatorem omawianego projektu.

The article describes mechanisms for EU spending on the example of the project “Youth + Activity = SUCCESS”. The project lasted one year (from December 2012 to November 2013) and was implemented under the Operational Programme Human Capital. The article discusses issues related to EU funds, assumptions of the project and its documentation, as well as the course and results of the project. This is a case study presenting the experience of the Author, who was the manager of this project.
