Objective of the work: Assessment of physical fitness of participants of the University of the Third Age in Racibórz on the basis of selected Senior Fitness Test samples. Test person and the methods: 15 participants were recruited for the study, including 11 women and 4 men students of the University of the Third Age. Get the results of the service quality assessment using selected samples from the Fullerton test and proposed body features. The average age of surveyed users is 69 years, the youngest participant was 63 years, the oldest 79 years. Results: 1. Among the respondents, there were people with sarcopenia features. 2. There was no correlation between sarcopenia and physical fitness. 3. The lack of a relationship between MS (skeletal muscle mass) and SMI (skeletal muscle mass index) and endurance and strength of lower limbs may suggest that factors other than skeletal muscle mass may be associated with a decrease in physical fitness in the elderly.
